"Ukrainian Drone Attack Injures 1 and Temporarily Closes Moscow Airport"

Three Ukrainian drones attacked Moscow, injuring one person and temporarily closing an airport. This is the fourth attempted strike on the capital region this month and the third this week. The Russian Defense Ministry referred to it as an "attempted terrorist attack" by Ukraine. One drone was shot down, and two others crashed into the Moscow City business district. Flights were temporarily halted, and the airspace over Moscow was closed. Moscow authorities closed a street near the crash site. The Ukrainian airforce spokesperson indirectly acknowledged Ukraine's involvement, stating that the attack was a consequence of Russia's war in Ukraine. Russia reported shooting down 16 Ukrainian drones and neutralizing eight more. In Ukraine, four Russian drones were destroyed, and two people were killed in a missile strike on Sumy.
