"Massachusetts Family Escapes Gaza After Weeks of Trapped Amid Israel-Hamas War"

A Massachusetts family, consisting of Abood Okal, Wafaa Abuzayda, and their 1-year-old son, Yousef, who were trapped in Gaza for weeks during the Israel-Hamas war, have finally been able to cross the border into Egypt. They are now being transported to Cairo by United States Consular Affairs before making their way back home to the US. The family expressed gratitude for the support they received and requested privacy during their journey. They also asked for prayers for the innocent civilians in Gaza who continue to suffer from a lack of basic supplies.
