Federal Judges Block Multiple Biden Immigration Policies

A federal judge has blocked the Biden administration's policy of releasing migrants without court dates just hours before the end of the Title 42 public health order. The policy would have allowed migrants to be released on "parole with conditions" if Customs and Border Protection faces overcrowding. The judge imposed a two-week restraining order on the policy, which he said was materially indistinguishable from a policy blocked by the same judge in March. The end of Title 42 has led to a surge of migrants at the border, with agents encountering over 10,000 migrants a day since Monday.
