Sony's PlayStation Portal: A Game-Changing Handheld for Remote Play and Cloud Gaming

Sony has unveiled the PlayStation Portal, a dedicated remote play handheld device for PlayStation 5 owners. The device features an eight-inch, 1080p LCD display and allows for streaming games at up to 60fps. It comes with controllers similar to the PS5's DualSense controllers and has the PS5's home screen. However, it is not compatible with Sony's anticipated cloud streaming service for PS5 titles and lacks Bluetooth audio support. The device is expected to have a battery life comparable to the DualSense controller and will be released later this year.
