Sienna Miller steals the spotlight at Vogue World event with epic maternity style

"Vogue World," Britain's answer to the Met Gala, kicked off London Fashion Week with a star-studded event organized by Anna Wintour and Edward Enninful. The evening featured performances, a comedy sketch, and a runway show with supermodels Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, and Christy Turlington. Proceeds from the event will support struggling performing arts organizations in London.
