George Santos Files Lawsuit Against Jimmy Kimmel for Misuse of Cameo Videos

Former Rep. George Santos has filed a lawsuit against Jimmy Kimmel, alleging that Kimmel deceived him into creating Cameo videos that were used to ridicule him on the late-night TV host's show. Santos seeks at least $750,000 in damages for fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and copyright infringement. Kimmel allegedly submitted fake video requests to Santos, which were then featured on "Jimmy Kimmel! Live." The lawsuit also names Walt Disney Co. and ABC as defendants. Santos was expelled from the House of Representatives in December 2023 and has since been selling videos on Cameo. Kimmel previously joked about being sued by Santos on his show.
