Lawsuit Claims Sexual Assault on Netflix's 'Love Is Blind'

A contestant from the reality show Love Is Blind has filed a lawsuit against production companies Kinetic Content and Delirium TV, alleging sexual assault, false imprisonment, and negligence. The plaintiff claims that her on-screen fiancé, Thomas Smith, sexually assaulted her during filming, and that the production crew was aware of the incidents. The companies deny the allegations, stating that they have no control over what happens off-camera and that the contestant never reported any wrongdoing. Love Is Blind creator Chris Coelen also denied the claims and stated that participants are allowed to leave the show if they feel unsafe. This comes after a separate lawsuit was filed against the show for alleged inhumane working conditions.
