Grace Lilly’s South Carolina arrest adds another twist to Southern Hospitality

Grace Lilly, 27, star of Bravo’s Southern Hospitality, was arrested in Charleston County, South Carolina on a possession-of-a-controlled-substance charge. She was held briefly with an initial bond of $10,575 before being released on personal recognizance. The latest arrest follows a December 2025 incident in which police found pills in her car; Lilly later said the pills included prescription Xanax and birth control.
