Calvin University's president, Wiebe Boer, has resigned following a report of "unwelcome and inappropriate communication and attention toward a non-student member of the campus community." The board accepted his resignation after he admitted to sending inappropriate communications, although he denied some of the unspecified allegations. The report did not include allegations of sexually explicit communication or physical contact. Gregory Elzinga has been named as the interim president.
