Tragic Shooting Claims Police Officer's Life at Philadelphia Airport

A police officer was fatally shot and another injured when they confronted individuals breaking into a vehicle in a parking garage at Philadelphia International Airport. The suspects opened fire, hitting one officer multiple times in the upper torso and the other in the arm. The injured officers were transported to hospitals, with one pronounced dead and the other in stable condition. The airport's Terminal D and parking garages for Terminals D and E were temporarily closed. The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.
