Tragic Discovery: 11-Year-Old Audrii Cunningham's Body Found in Texas River

The body of 11-year-old Audrii Cunningham, who disappeared on her way to school in Texas, has been found in the Trinity River. Authorities are preparing arrest warrants for Don Steven McDougal, a friend of Audrii's father, and believe a capital murder charge will be appropriate. McDougal, who had joined in the search efforts for the missing girl, was already in custody on unrelated charges. The investigation used cell phone data and video to locate Audrii's remains, and a red "Hello Kitty" backpack believed to be hers was found near Lake Livingston Dam.
