Teen's joyride in stolen car ends in tragedy, leaving 1 dead and multiple injured in Woodland.

A woman died and at least 10 people were injured in a car crash in Woodland caused by a 13-year-old driver in a stolen vehicle attempting to evade police. The driver was taken into custody for vehicular manslaughter with negligence and evading causing injuries. Three minors were hurt, including a 3-year-old who was transported by air for care. The charges against the driver are considered felonies, and the driver will be booked into Yolo County Juvenile Hall after receiving medical treatment.
