Clenard Parker, 42, intentionally crashed a stolen 18-wheeler into the Texas Department of Safety building in Brenham, injuring 16 people and killing one. His application for a commercial license had been rejected the day before. Three people were airlifted to hospitals with critical injuries, and three others were transported in serious condition.
