Justin Mohn, 32, allegedly shot and beheaded his father, a federal worker, before posting a disturbing YouTube video advocating the torture and killing of US government employees. He then drove to a National Guard training center in an attempt to incite rebellion. The video, which was live for several hours, showed him holding his father's severed head and making violent threats. Mohn was arrested at the base and charged with murder, abuse of a corpse, and possession of an instrument of crime.
