Lori Vallow's Smirk and Silence: A Life Sentence Sealed

Lori Vallow Daybell, known as the "Doomsday Mom," smirked in her new prison booking photo after being sentenced to five life sentences for brutally killing her two young children. Vallow was convicted of killing her children, as well as conspiring to kill her husband's previous wife. Her husband, Chad Daybell, is also implicated in the crimes and awaiting trial. Vallow pleaded innocence, claiming "accidental deaths happen" and that she communicated with her dead children and deceased friend. She still faces two other cases in Arizona.
