Authorities have released images of a person of interest in connection with the suspected arson that occurred under the 10 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles. The individual, who appeared to have burn injuries on his left leg, was seen wearing blue shorts, a black jacket, and a black backpack while carrying a green scarf. The fire, which spread over 8 acres and prompted the closure of the freeway, was fueled by various items stored under the freeway.
