Escaped Pennsylvania Inmate Michael Burham Captured After 9-Day Manhunt

Pennsylvania State Police have captured escaped fugitive murder suspect Michael Charles Burham after a nine-day manhunt. Burham was apprehended in Cnewango Township in Warren County, Pennsylvania, after being spotted by a homeowner. Law enforcement formed a large perimeter and surrounded Burham, who attempted to hide in the woods. He was taken into custody and was described as tired and worn out. Burham, an Army veteran, was being held on kidnapping charges and is also suspected of murder and rape charges in New York. It is unclear where he will be housed following his arraignment.
