Daniel Penny indicted for Jordan Neely's subway chokehold death.

A grand jury has indicted Daniel Penny, a former US Marine, on second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide charges over the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless New Yorker who he placed in a fatal chokehold on a Manhattan subway train last month. Penny's legal fund, set up on the Christian crowdfunding platform GiveSendGo, has surpassed $2.8m, with donors including Kid Rock, Tim Pool, and Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. Penny has defended his actions in interviews with Fox News and The New York Post.
