"Arrests Made in Connection with 4 Shooting Deaths in Southeast L.A. County"

Two suspected gang members, Gary Jonathan Garcia and Wayne McNeely Timberland, have been arrested for allegedly carrying out a random murder spree in southeast Los Angeles County, shooting four people in Bell, Huntington Park, Cudahy, and unincorporated Los Angeles.
