Arrest Made in Ambush Killing of LA County Sheriff's Deputy

A suspect, identified as 29-year-old Kevin Salazar, has been arrested in connection with the ambush murder of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer. The deputy was fatally shot in the head while sitting in his patrol vehicle at a red light. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. Salazar was apprehended after barricading himself inside a house for several hours and surrendered after the deployment of chemical agents. Numerous firearms and the suspect's vehicle were recovered at the residence.
