Costco has recalled approximately 48,000 mattresses after over 500 customers reported mold growth. The recall applies to the "Novaform ComfortGrande 14-inch" and "Novaform DreamAway 8-inch" mattresses sold exclusively at Costco stores in the San Francisco Bay region, Greater Northwest, and online. The mold growth may pose health risks to individuals with weakened immune systems, damaged lungs, or mold allergies. Customers can contact the manufacturer, FXI, for a full refund or free replacement. The recall covers mattresses manufactured between January and April of this year.
