Ukraine's territorial gains in counteroffensive highlighted by Zelensky

Ukraine announced that its troops have regained more territory on the eastern and southern fronts in their counteroffensive against Russian forces. They have retaken nearly 2 square km of land around the city of Bakhmut and 4.8 square km in the southern Tavria sector. Ukrainian forces have also captured parts of villages near Avdiivka and Novomaiorske, reporting some success near Andriivka and Klishchiivka. Since the start of the counteroffensive in early June, Ukraine has regained control of about 49 square km near Bakhmut and over 256 square km in the Tavria direction.
