"Explosion in Los Angeles Leaves Firefighters Injured, 2 in Critical Condition"

Seven firefighters in Los Angeles were injured, with two in critical condition, after an explosion occurred while they were responding to a semi-truck fire fueled by compressed natural gas. The flames reached the height of telephone poles and caused a nearby transformer to explode. The condition of the truck driver and whether the vehicle was in motion at the time of the fire are currently unknown.
