Google's AI advancements: PaLM 2, Pixel Fold, and Search Generative Experience.

At Google IO, the tech giant showcased its present and planned Pixel hardware, including a foldable Pixel and PaLM 2, a large language model that can handle writing, coding, and calculations. Google is introducing 25 products and features based on PaLM 2, and several of these can be tried prior to general release through Search Labs. Additionally, Google demonstrated how generative AI is being integrated into its products, services, and internal pipelines, and showcased its upcoming Duet AI for Workspace. The company also announced the release of the Pixel Fold, a long-anticipated foldable version of its handset, shipping next month.
