iOS 26.4 updates bring AI playlists, shared payments, and accessibility tweaks

Apple’s iOS 26.4 adds a beta Playlist Playground in Apple Music that uses AI to generate a playlist from a text prompt, introduces a concert-discovery feature, full-screen album/playlist backgrounds, and Offline Music Recognition, and expands Family Sharing so each adult can add their own payment methods.
