Twitter removes "replying to" feature in tweet replies.

Twitter's latest change to replies makes it difficult to identify who users are replying to, resulting in a confusing string of out-of-context tweets. While replies to tweets still show up in the Notifications tab, they no longer have an obvious connection to the parent tweet. It is unclear whether this change is a bug or a deliberate move by Twitter.
