Instagram is adding the ability to post video Notes, allowing users to be more creative with their status updates. The two-second loop videos can be accompanied by a text caption and users can reply to Notes with photos, videos, audio messages, stickers, and GIFs. While popular with teens, video Notes are unlikely to replace Instagram Stories.
