The early-1930s property, known for its Modernist design with vast glass walls and a hilltop location, was purchased by Carmen Radulescu-Devine's late husband in 1977 for $250,000. The couple cherished the home's history and original design, but after her husband's passing, Radulescu-Devine has decided to sell, citing the strong connection to her husband and the property. Neutra-designed homes command a premium, with a recent sale of a Neutra property for $13.06 million in 2022.
