Troll dolls take over Portland bridge.

An unknown person or group has placed an army of troll dolls in the crevices of a wooden bridge in Portland, Oregon. The dolls occasionally get stolen, but locals replace them. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own troll dolls to contribute to the fun project.
