The construction, which began four years ago, briefly stalled in early 2023 but has since resumed. The nearly 30,000-square-foot compound sits on 10 acres and includes a main house, gym, guest house, pergola, and security guard house. Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sánchez are also expanding their property portfolio in Florida, where they are making moves as Bezos's space exploration company, Blue Origin, increasingly shifts to Cape Canaveral.
