Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are renovating their $32 million French neoclassical-style mansion on Indian Creek Island, Florida. The couple previously lived in a rented condo unit at the oceanfront Arte tower in Surfside after leaving the White House in January 2021. The new images show the mansion painted white and a statement pool in front of the home. The proposals for the mansion include a sprawling master wing on the second floor, a chef’s kitchen, a family room with a wet bar, a movie room, and a cabana with a steam room, sauna, cold plunge, gym, and outdoor shower. Indian Creek Island has only 34 homes and has been home to other A-list residents, including Adriana Lima and Tom Brady.
