Kind stranger's timely help saves man's fall on busy sidewalk.

A man with a neuromuscular condition fell on a sidewalk outside San Francisco Airport and couldn't get up. A stranger in his late thirties offered to help and asked how he could assist him. The stranger helped him up and fetched his baggage. The man's kindness and compassion in a challenging situation left a lasting impression on the person with the neuromuscular condition. He continues to think about it more than 20 years later and encourages others to ask how they can help those in need.
