Xbox PC app adds manual library for launching any executable

Microsoft's Xbox PC app now lets you manually add any executable to its Library, enabling launching non-Xbox software (including Steam titles) directly from the Xbox interface. In the My Library section, tap the + icon, browse for an .exe, and add it; entries can be renamed, have their icons changed, and launch arguments configured, then launched from within the app. The feature, spotted in preview, expands the Xbox PC app's flexibility to resemble Steam.
