"Xbox Game Pass August 2023: A Short Hike and Celeste Join the Lineup"

Xbox Game Pass is adding two iconic indie games, Celeste and A Short Hike, to its lineup in August. Celeste, a platforming game about climbing a mountain, is available immediately on console, PC, and via the cloud. A Short Hike, a quiet and unassuming game set on a mountainside, will be available on August 3. In addition to these games, Microsoft is also adding Broforce Forever, Limbo, Airborne Kingdom, and Everspace 2 to Xbox Game Pass. Several games, including Death Stranding and Total War: Warhammer 3, will be removed from the service on August 15.
