Diablo IV has six ultra-rare Unique items that are the most powerful gear in the game, but they are incredibly rare and most players will probably never see them. The six most powerful Uniques are Doombringer, The Grandfather, Ring of Starless Skies, Andariel’s Visage helmet, Harlequin Crest helmet, and Melted Heart of Selig amulet. Blizzard lead class designer, Adam Jackson, confirmed that they exist but require a ton of luck to get. Some players are calling for the drop rates to be buffed, while others like that they are ultra-rare.
