Lead class designer Adam Jackson has explained how and where to find the six rarest Unique items in Diablo 4, which include Doombringer, The Grandfather, Ring of Starless Skies, Andariel’s Visage, Harlequin Crest, and Melted Heart of Selig. These items can drop from enemies who are level 85 or higher, and they are exceptionally rare with 820 item power. There isn't a particular location to find them, and they can be found anywhere normal Uniques can drop. Blizzard's Diablo 4 is its fastest-selling game ever, earning more than $666 million in sales in its first five days.
