The weapon can be purchased from the Black Market Vendor in the EBM Petrochem Stadium for 110,638 credits if you own the Phantom Liberty expansion, or obtained for free by visiting the Electric Corporation building in Santo Domingo. Players can find the weapon inside a furnace and it comes with modifiers such as +25% armor penetration and +30% burn chance, as well as perks that allow you to leap towards enemies and deal critical damage to burning enemies.
