In Baldur’s Gate 3, players can find the Secret Stool Leg Weapon, Club of Hill Giant Strength, by traveling to the Underdark during Act 1 and reaching the Arcane Tower as part of the "Help Omeluum investigate the parasite" quest. By interacting with a stool bench on the top floor and breaking it, players can obtain the weapon, which causes 6-9 Bludgeoning damage and raises the strength of the character who equips it to 19.
