Ubisoft Confirms Tom Clancy's The Division 3

Ubisoft has quietly announced the development of The Division 3, the next installment in its popular third-person tactical military online looter shooter series. The news was buried within a press release introducing Julian Gerighty as the new executive producer of the franchise. While details about the game are scarce, Ubisoft confirmed that Massive Entertainment will once again be developing the sequel, and that support for The Division 2 will continue. In addition to The Division 3, Ubisoft has also announced two other Division games: The Division: Resurgence, a free-to-play mobile shooter set in New York City, and The Division: Heartland, an extraction-like shooter set in rural environments.
