"Ubisoft announces PC beta for new Connect platform"

Ubisoft has launched the beta version of its new PC client, Ubisoft Connect, which features a redesigned UI, cross-platform chat, friends, news, rewards, and integration with the Ubisoft Plus streaming service. The client can be accessed through a Ubisoft account on PC, mobile, or directly from games, with an official launch planned for later this summer.
