The next Total War game, titled Total War: Pharaoh, has been announced and will feature eight leaders to choose from, ranging from Egyptians to Anatolians to Canaanites. The game will introduce a dynamic weather system, with battles taking place under changing conditions such as sandstorms and torrential storms. However, it remains unclear where Pharaoh lies in terms of scale compared to previous Total War releases, as it launches with a full price but only three factions playable at launch. The game is set to release in October on PC.
