The First Descendant, a free-to-play looter shooter, is launching its open beta on September 19 and is now available for preload on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. The beta will feature new gameplay content, performance enhancements such as improved frame rate and NVIDIA DLSS 3 support, and quality-of-life improvements including revamped controls and updated UI. Players who reach Descendant level 20 during the beta will receive exclusive rewards. The game has no official release date yet but will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
