Nintendo has released the first update, version 1.0.1, for the Switch version of Super Mario RPG, addressing several bug fixes related to game progression. Issues such as blocked progression after encountering Paratroopas in Monstro Town or ending battles in the Mushroom Kingdom have been resolved. Additionally, fixes were made to events in Marrymore, the Bowser's Keep section, the Sunken Ship area, and stomping on a Shogun in Land's End. The update also corrects a message switch issue when using Thought Peek on Straw Head and Reacher.
