Star Ocean The Second Story R, a 2.5D remake of the legendary 1998 JRPG, is coming to PS5 and PS4 on November 2, 2023. The game features a bold artstyle that combines 3D environments with nostalgic 2D pixel characters, new character illustrations, and a rearranged soundtrack. It also includes classic RPG features and new gameplay mechanics, with difficulty tiers including Universe Mode for veteran fans.
