Sony Announces PlayStation Plus Free Games for October 2023 and Teases November's Extra Game

Sony has confirmed the PlayStation Plus Essential games for October 2023, which include The Callisto Protocol and Farming Simulator 22. They will be joined by Weird West, an action RPG and immersive sim from WolfEye Studios. PlayStation Plus members can claim these games from October 3 until November 6. Sony recently increased the prices of PlayStation Plus subscriptions, citing the need to continue providing high-quality games and value-added benefits. Existing 12-month members will not be affected until after their next renewal date on or after November 6, unless they make subscription changes before then.
