Ubisoft Montpellier announced a DLC roadmap for 2024 for their 2.5D side-scrolling Metroidvania game, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, including three free expansions and a new story DLC. The upcoming updates include a permadeath and speedrun mode, boss rush mode, new outfits, amulets, combat, platform and puzzle challenges, and more. The new story DLC, set for late 2024, may be a separate purchase. The game follows Sargon, a soldier of The Immortals, on a mission to find a missing prince and solve a time loop mystery, offering accessible yet challenging gameplay.
