PlayStation Network Users Left in Limbo as Accounts Permanently Suspended

A wave of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users have reported that their PlayStation Network accounts have been permanently suspended without any apparent reason. Users have been unable to appeal the decision and customer service has provided no assistance or explanation. While some speculate it may be a bug, PlayStation has yet to comment on the issue. The suspension is concerning as users would lose access to their purchased games, DLC, and digital credit. IGN has reached out to PlayStation for comment.
