Pocketpair, the developer behind the viral game Palworld, has released a demo for their upcoming game Never Grave, which bears a striking visual resemblance to Hollow Knight. The game, developed by Pocketpair's internal studio Frontside 180, is a Metroidvania with multiplayer, roguelike elements, and base building. Despite the visual similarities, Pocketpair CEO Takuro Mizobe has expressed a focus on creating games that appeal to a wide audience, even if they don't prioritize originality.
