Lifeweaver, the new pansexual hero in Overwatch 2, may have revealed another queer character, Baptiste, who had a flirty exchange with him in a lobby conversation. Fans speculate that Baptiste's former partner in Talon, Mauga, was intended to have a romantic relationship with him based on a short story and artwork released by Blizzard in 2019. The author of Baptiste's lore also confirmed that they wrote the characters with a "you were never good for me, but I loved you more than anything" type of relationship.
