Nintendo 'Hacker' Released Early from Prison for Good Behavior.

Gary Bowser, a member of the hacking operation Team Xecuter, is about to be released from prison after serving 40 months for his part in running a business that reportedly earned him over $300,000. However, he will be paying for his crimes for the rest of his life as he was ordered to pay Nintendo $10 million in damages, which he will likely never be able to make good on. Nintendo can take 25-30% of his income for the rest of his working life. Bowser was one of two men arrested in connection with Team Xecuter, and the other, French citizen Max Louarn, allegedly the leader of the operation, has managed so far to avoid deportation to the US to face charges.
